Top 5 Online Mother’s Day Workouts | The Perfect Gift for Mamma
This Mother’s Day will be unlike any other. Whether you’re sheltering inside or slowly re-entering the workforce, these activities are perfect to do with your mom (or kids/siblings) while your favorite studios may be closed.
Here is a list of my favorite online workout classes that will turn a “stuck in the house” Mother’s Day into one filled with love, connection, and… sweat.

- Dance with 305 Fitness
“But I’m not a Dancer…” 305 says they are not a dance class, they are a dance party and instructors guide you through the moves. They say “In an industry obsessed with scales and calories, we’re all about twerking hard while loving and appreciating our bodies exactly the way they are”, and I can get onboard with that.

2. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
What I love about in-person HITT class is accountability, which, let’s face it, is more difficult virtually. But for a killer workout, HIIT is the way to go so move your coffee table aside and get ready for an intense workout!

3. Pilates
Okay, so some (most) mornings I’m not in the mood for the intensity of a HIIT class, sometimes I don’t even want to stand up for my workout. Meet Pilates. Pilates definitely isn’t easy, but all you’ll need is a mat for you and a mat for mom.

4. Yoga
A great way to start your sunday Mother’s Day tmorning with mom, or as a mom! You should celebrate your mom or yourself and what better way to do that than with a virtual zen yoga session?

5. Kids yoga
Calm your kiddos! You may be looking for an activity you can all do together to celebrate Mother’s Day at home. Plus, Savasana most often leads to naps!
